pursuing a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at Drexel University. He
graduated from Drexel Summa Cum Laude with a BSEE in 2001 and a MSCE in
2004. In a former life, Adam designed RF Amplifier subsystems at Lucent

author on "Hacker's Challenge", and co-author of "Hacker's Challenge 2".
Adam has been fortunate enough to secure both funding and offers of funding
from sources other than the NSF. He was offered and accepted the College of
Engineering Dean's Fellowship from 2002 to 2005, the TA Excellence Award in
2004, the Koerner Family Fellowship and the Cisco Systems Information
Assurance Scholarship in 2003, and the Colehower Fellowship in 2001. Adam
was also offered the DoD's National Defense Science and Engineering
Fellowship in 2002.
His academic research interests are in security through diversity, network
security, and network measurement.
